We founded SA, to gather an association where basic education, common understanding, high education and continuing education on the same level is main factor. We are proud to be the one and only association with the best educated acupuncturist in DK.

In Denmark anyone can call them self an acupuncturist, regardless weekend-course or a course during 3 years. But if one need an insurance to pay for the treatment, the acupuncturist must be a Registered Alternative Therapist (RAT). In order to be RAT, the acupuncturist must be member in an association. There are different rules and admission criteria in each association.
For needling in thorax every one must have participated in special course. For health professionals 7 hours course and non-health professionals 3 days course. Every other year every acupuncturist must take First aid course.

We holds GA every year.

We holds seminar two times a year with the best teachers from in or outside DK.
